I decided to re-read Emma after watching the new miniseries adaptation of it and loving it. I got it on the kindle (free) and started it right up.
Wow the miniseries follows the book almost exactly! It was a joy to read and I loved having the miniseries characters in my heat. Emma make me cringe a bit (I hate when people are acting stupidly) unlike Pride & Prejudice but in the end I really love the book and the growth of Emma through the book.
A highly enjoyable book and I'm sure I'll visit it again sometime!
