This is a strange one for my book list here but I read it cover to cover so it fits :) I got this book for Christmas and found it highly entertaining and inspiring. It was everything I hoped it would be, almost like it was written for me.
And now that I've cooked from this book (without it in front of me even!) and I can highly recommend it. I followed the saute "recipe" on both pork chops and strip steaks and it was a success. I've also made 2 pan sauces, the orange sauce we LOVE and the apple cider one was okay but next time I would not add the vinegar, we like sweet sauces with pork chops better.
